I have lost about four days this year due to the snow. As I work from home, my job is affected inversely – the more snow there is, the more work I have to do and the less research gets done. This means that I have made no progress at all today other than to add some more blogroll links on the right hand side, pointing to conferences.
Conferences are a funny thing… I know I need to get along to at least one a year, but they are often far enough away to require overnight stay and cost a fortune to get in! I will need to make an effort during this next year anyway.
