I am delighted to have a teleconference arranged with the UKHCA who have expressed an interest in possible collaboration in disseminating the results of research in to ‘outstanding’ home care agencies.
Following a very successful event celebrating outstanding agencies in May this year, the UKHCA are considering how best to promote the idea of excellence to agencies whose CQC rating could be improved. Clearly, this needs not just a change in attitude, but also practical ideas that can be used to transform leadership and the culture of the organisation.
